今回のASE研修では120人を4つのユニットに分け２名体制で行いました。
私はアシスタントでユニットにつきヘッドカウンセラーと連携をとりながら指導しました。
1ユニット（40人位）内に4班あり全ての参加者に目を配ることが一番の課題でした。ASEでの怪我のリスクもそうですが一人一人に内容の深いフィードバックするためにはどうしたらよいか考えることが大変でした。しっかりと各班の問題点を見つけ改善できるようにサポートしたりしました。フィードバックが薄くなってしまった場面もあったので目配りやヘッドカウンセラーとの連携をもっととるべきだったと感じました。ASEの設置場所を見渡せるようにするなど工夫も大事だなと思いました。

4ユニットに分かれたこともありユニットごとにカウンセラーの色が出て面白かったです。全体ASEでは成長具合がはっきりとわかるので少しプレッシャーでした。しっかりと結果に残せるように改善しないといけないところもわかったので今後気を付けていきたいと思いました。また、アイスブレイクに使える色々な選択肢を増やしていきたいと思いました。
