リレーコラム　稲木夢乃

こんにちは。
稲木夢乃(カウンセラーネームはゆめ)です。

バクさん知ったのは、看護学校の授業です。リーダーシップスキルについての講義とASEを組み合わせたキャンプ🏕でお世話になりました。
その後、夏休みを利用し花山キャンプにカウンセラーとして参加しました。
まったくの初心者が登山⛰🏔をしていいのか？焚き火もテント張りもロープ🪢もできない、自分にとって経験ゼロの挑戦でした。

毎日必死になって子どもたちと一緒に遊んだり指導して生活をする中で
楽しいことも失敗しても
子供は伸び伸びとチャレンジしている姿がありました。子供たちの行動や姿からたくさん教えてくれました。
キャンプ生活をしながら看護につながることを知ることができました。
子供たちの健康管理と把握内服薬の医療的知識の必要性と登山や沢でのリーダーシップ・判断力行動力の重要性を学ぶことができました。

看護学生の時
花山キャンプは夏休みの最高思い出と宝物になりました。

無事に看護師国家試験に合格し
現在看護師として回復期リハビリテーション病棟に勤務しています。
毎日忙しく緊張感や不安がありますが、
疾患・症状の基礎知識はもちろん。
勤務する中で判断力や行動力が患者さんの命や信頼に関わります。
イレギュラーの対応やチーム医療での関わり方は花山で学んだことを特に大事にしてます。
自分の知識やスキルの1つとして
野外救急法についても学んでみたいと思っています。
必要最低限しかない状況で人のために役に立てるようことにチャレンジできるよう努力していきたいです。
