【報告】年末スキー合宿

こんにちは今回の研修では２０２３年度スキー指導者 準指導員検定会〈以下「準指」とする〉を受ける人がいるので試験の種目練習及び参加者の技術向上を目指して参加しました。
1日目はつくばから出発したためナイタースキーのみしか出来ませんでしたが足ならしスキーやナイターならではのアイスバーンなどを楽しむことが出来ました。
2日目は午前中は準指の試験項目の練習を行いました。ここではシュテムターン,パラレルターン,横滑りなどの項目を練習していました。午後は参加者が一眼レフを持ってきていたのでスキーの撮影をしたり各自の上達目標を持って練習をしました。
3日目は参加者の全員が疲れていたのでスキーをするのはやめて苗場スキー場の近くにある法師温泉に行きスキーの疲れを温泉でほぐしに行きました。
今回の研修ではスキーをしたのは一日半程度になってしまいましたが純指の内容を理解することや自分の補強するべき点を理解して上達できるように練習をできて良かったと思います。
