▽感想
野外指導団体連携協定により、ガイドの方向けにアレンジされたLNTプログラムの講師アシスタントとして参加してきました。私はアイスブレイクでのアクティビティや、参加者のティーチング準備のサポート、ティーチングの際の進行を担当させていただきました。
アイスブレイクでは、緊張をほぐしつつもLNTの7原則の理解を促進するというのが目的ですが、1回目のときは特にそのアクティビティをとりあえずこなすことが目的になってしまっていたことが反省点だったので、2回目では目的を意識してやるようにしました。
参加者のティーチング準備のサポートは、限られた準備時間の中で、参加者が正しくLNTを理解し高いティーチングパフォーマンスを発揮できるように介入しなければならないので、介入の度合いや伝え方に工夫が必要で難しかったです。ティーチングのフィードバックではサポートする側だった自分としても気づきや学びが多かったです。
ティーチングの際の進行は、参加者が学びたいことをしっかりと学べるようにしながらも時間を意識してコントロールしていくのが難しかったです。
毎回うまくいかないことが多くて悔しいですが、これからも反省点を活かして頑張りたいと思います。
