北海道LNTトレーナーコースを、Feel Good Fesというフェスイベント内で開催するということで、そのスタッフとして北海道に行ってきました！
通常のLNTトレーナーコースでは、コース参加者同士でティーチングをやり合う形ですが、今回はコース参加者がフェスイベントに遊びにきている人たちを対象にワークショップをするという、超実践型のコースでした。
私は参加者のティーチング準備やティーチング本番のサポートをさせていただきました。イベント内でワークショップをするということもあり、ティーチングのクオリティをより担保しなければならない一方で、コース参加者が自分で考えてティーチングを作っていくことも重要なため、サポートするときの情報の出し方やバランスの塩梅が難しかったです。
ただ、今回のサポートの経験は普段の仕事でもとても役に立つ経験だったと思っています。チームメンバーが結果を出すためのサポートや指導をするのが普段の仕事での私の役目で、ちょうどうまくいかなくて悩んでいるところでした。今回違う環境で向き合うことができて、自分のやるべきことが少し見えた気がします。
これからもいろんな経験の場に感謝して、誰かの成長や、そのために自分も成長できるように頑張りたいと思います。
