はじめまして

今年からばくさんと一緒に幼少研の仕事をさせていただいています、伊丹崇です。
キャンプネームは、たーしーです。
3月のつまごいスキーキャンプで初めて幼少研のプログラムに関わらせてもらいました。これから、みなさんと一緒にCUを盛り上げていきたいと思いますので、どうぞよろしくお願いします！

少し長くなりますが、自己紹介をさせていただきます。
出身は、四国の徳島県池田町。周囲を山に囲まれ、いまだに電車はなく、汽車が走っているような田舎で育ちました。

キャンプとの出会いは、大学3年のとき。その年の夏にキャンプカウンセラーとして子どもたちとチャレンジした13泊14日の長期移動キャンプが大きな転機となりました。自転車や徒歩、カヌーを使っての210㎞の旅は、台風が直撃するなど困難ばかりでしたが、そこでの子どもたちの成長に驚き、感動し、野外教育の大きな可能性を感じました。
同時に、自分の指導者としての力不足を痛感し、その場に知識スキルを持った指導者が関われば、とんでもない二週間になるのではと、野外教育の道を進むことを決めました。

大学卒業後は、YMCAと県立の自然の家で働きましたが、民間の自然学校で働きたいと思い、四国を離れ東京にあるNPO法人国際自然大学校へ。12年目となる今年、ばくさんの会社backcountry classroom Inc.に出向させていただき、新しいチャレンジをさせてもらっています。

CUのみなさんとは、ニュースレターや月例会、キャンプなど、これからいろいろな場面で関われることを楽しみにしています。
