▽感想
TOKYO OUTDOOR SHOWというイベントのLNTJブースにてワークショップを担当させていただきました。
昨年も同じイベントに参加させていただいたので、そのときの反省を思い出しながらやりました。

今回は子どもがたくさん参加してくれたので、明るい雰囲気のなかで参加者が実際に手を動かしながら進められるように意識しました。そのなかでも大事なことは伝わるように組み立てるのが難しく、少し流れてしまった部分がありました。相手にあわせて「評価」をちゃんと組み込むことが自分の課題だと改めて認識しました。
ワークショップ以外の時間は、こういう機会だからこそ会える方々といろんなお話ができて嬉しかったです。
